Where are you based?
We are based in Newcastle, Sydney & the Hunter Valley but we love travelling anywhere worldwide!
Do we capture weddings internationally?
We sure do! Nothing would excite us more than the opportunity to shoot a destination wedding overseas, particularly in Europe! Please ask us about our Aperol Spritz package for more info on destination weddings.
Do you capture same-sex weddings?
Yes absolutely! LGBTQIA+, no matter how you identify and regardless of how you define your relationship, we'd love to be a part of your wedding day. At Sera Luna Co. we are accepting of everyone!
Do you photograph elopements?
We sure do! Because every elopement is different we don’t have a set-in-stone package, so we’d love to give you a custom quote to fit your day perfectly!
How many photos will I receive?
It’s a little tricky to tell you exactly how many photos you’ll receive from your wedding as every day is different. Just know we will capture every moment of your day beautifully and curate your gallery to the perfect size.
How will I receive my photos & videos?
We love to keep the process of receiving your photos & videos as easy as possible! We deliver your photos & videos via an online digital gallery. We also LOVE to give you a special gift for booking with us. So we also will send you one of our Sera Luna Co. wooden USBs!
How long will it take me to receive my photos & videos?
We hate to keep you waiting, we know how excited you are to see your finished photos & videos! So you just had your wedding yesterday? EXPECT to see some unreal preview photos from the day, within 24 hours of your wedding concluding.
No matter which package you choose, we'll make this happen so that you can put something online and tell the world straight away! After you have received your previews, we generally deliver finished photo galleries within 6-8 weeks and video galleries between 8-10 weeks.
How long have you been capturing weddings?
We started capturing weddings together back in 2020, but have been capturing weddings solo since 2018. The past 5 years have been a lot of fun and we wouldn’t change it for the world!
What happens if disaster strikes and you can’t be at my wedding?
This has never happened to us and we hope it never will happen. However, if on the small chance this did happen, we have some AMAZING industry friends who are always happy to step up and help us out! These are other talented photographers/videographers who will take good care of you. We will still edit everything within our style and make sure that you receive everything you ordered in your package!
What is required to lock in my wedding date?
We love to keep this process short & simple! Firstly let us know the package you're interested in, then sign our wedding contract and finally pay the 25% non-refundable booking fee. It's as simple as that!
Do you take on multiple bookings for the same wedding date?
Unlike many photo & video companies, we like our main team members Ty & Bryce to cover all weddings when possible. Because of this, we do not double book couples on the same date for the same services to ensure all weddings meet our high standard of quality.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, absolutely! We understand hiring a wedding photo & video team is a large investment in yourself. We can organise to split your payments into four equal instalments (after the 25% booking fee has been locked in). Just give us a heads up and we can amend your invoice at any time.
Can I print my photos?
Of course, we always encourage our couples to print their favourite photos. All photos linked on the online gallery are delivered in high resolution. There is also a print store directly on our online gallery if you would like to cut to the chase & get those prints even sooner! If you'd prefer to do things yourself, there will be a copy of the high-resolution photos on your USB that we will be mailing out.
What happens if I have to cancel or move my booking?
Life is complicated and the unexpected is to be expected! We understand that sometimes a cancellation or postponement is necessary. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, the 25% booking fee is non-refundable as this helps to protect our business due to turning away all other bookings for your wedding date.

How many weddings do you book per year?
To ensure that we cover all weddings at the highest quality possible we only take on 45 weddings per year.
Can we see a full gallery or more films?

Do we meet before the day?
We encourage a first meeting either in person or over Zoom before you book us in for your day. This ensures that we are on the same page and that we align with your vision. 6 weeks leading up to your wedding we also like to do one final Zoom or in-person meeting to go over the plans and timeline for the day.
Do you offer engagement shoots?
We sure do! We love engagement shoots as they are the perfect way to connect and for you to get more comfortable in front of the camera before the day, just ask us!

How far in advance should I book my wedding?
To avoid disappointment usually recommend that couples book us anywhere between 10-16 months out from their wedding day.
